Claims
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify our team within 48 hours of receiving it.
To begin your claim, email contact@capastonedesign.com with the following details:
- Item name or SKU
- Photos of the damage
- Photos of both interior and exterior packaging
- Whether you have the original packaging
- Your preferred resolution (replace, repair, or refund)
- A brief description of the issue
Please inspect all items upon delivery. If there is visible damage or missing pieces, note this directly on the delivery receipt before signing. Take a photo of the receipt and send it to your Capa Stone Design representative or our Claims Department.
Online Returns
This policy applies to online orders only. For showroom purchases, please contact our team for in-store policy details.
Step 1: Check Return Eligibility
All returns must be in original condition and with their original packaging. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, reach out to contact@capastonedesign.com — our team will gladly assist.

- Accessories
- Unused or unwashed textiles
- Books or décor objects
- Dishes
- Uninstalled lighting
- Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect
Not Returnable
- Custom or made-to-order furniture
- Special upholstery or production items
- Gift cards
- Furniture and rugs
- Artwork, mirrors, wallpaper
- Clearance or final sale pieces
- Seasonal or holiday merchandise
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear
- Installed lighting fixtures
- Items delivered more than 14 days ago
- Pieces with natural variations or imperfections inherent to stone or wood
Step 2: Initiate Your Return
If your item meets the return criteria, simply log in to your Capa Stone Design account, locate your order, and select “Request Return”.
